Processo Anevrotico Terapeutico

CHAPTER 7

Operational aspects

The Therapeutic Anevrotic Process is not assumed through a classic learning, just as it cannot be taught in a "didactic" way, but it must be "learned" through the natural propensity towards intimate deepening. In psychotherapy, the association between reality and the emotions that correspond to it, realizes a progressive adaptation.

TOPICS COVERED

  • Properties of mental states

In the mind every possibility is not assessed in the doubt that can be realized, but in the certainty that it is active in the present

  • Incomprehensible distortion

The human structure lives as incontrovertible and immutable its own version of reality, of which it is "unwitting prisoner" and witness at the same time: it does not perceive its contrast with the objective and tendingly balanced vision

  • The cognitive limit

We call cognitive thoughts the set of ideas of which we are aware, intended to guide behavior and to the preparation of the inner condition

  • The resource of complexity

There are characteristics that more than others identify the higher nature of the psychic condition. What seems to be a contradiction in terms makes perfectly aware of the intellectual tendency of the species: if the individual could not draw on a "superhuman" component, its development or healing would not be possible

  • The necessary crisis

It is the same discomfort that causes the push towards the need to change one's psychic condition, so that the Mental Protective System is won

  • Guilt and morality

The concepts of morality and protection of the subjects from which it descends or at least of the contemporaries to which the individual is emotionally linked, make sure that the attribution of responsibilities to beings to whom intense affectivity is felt is avoided

  • Restorative nature of symptoms

Although man has no distinct perception, he moves psychically with the intention of mystifying the fears that torment him

  • Anevrotic transmission and therapeutic relationship

Whatever message is processed, it is able to convey immediately the extent of the imbalance between the interlocutors. For this reason, anevrotic communication is reduced to the essential, since every excess is a vehicle for the neurotic demands of those who transmit the message

  • Activity elements

PAT is a clinical orientation and a paradigmatic aspect that includes the presence of a parallel and fundamental communication between individuals, which is established under conditions that arise in the presence of certain psychic requirements of the Interlocutors

  • Features of PAT

The Anevrotic Trend, as much as the TAP, is not learned in an "educational" way; rather it is reached by progressively refining it
